HALF HOUR, 45 MINUTE, AND ONE HOUR SESSIONS!
Semi-Private Training-3 participants.
OUR "GET FIT" GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS are a great way to add variety and intensity to your workout yet still work at your own pace. These workouts are a perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training. Each week both the format and the equipment used will change to make for increased calorie burn and total body workout.
Classes offered are Yoga, Cardio, Core & Caboose, GET FIT GROUP TRAINING!
Member enjoy four FREE Exercise Classes per week!
